will my guitar fit a les paul case i buy on ebay?

its the black one on that page.... i don't know anything about guitars in all honesty i bought the guitar off ebay.... didn't have fun with it and stuck with my mandolin but all this expensive guitar is in is some soft backback style soft case thing.... and i need a hard case so i can put it in my garage for 20 years until i have a son and get him some guitar lessons so i can just give it to him...
It should just fit a les paul case right?
also do solid wood guitars need special cases?
No, I don't think it will fit in a standard Les Paul case. A Les Paul is only about 12- 1/2 inches across the lower bout. This guitar is 14 inches. It does not give any other dimensions in the ad but it does not look exactly like a Les Paul. The place where the neck joins the body seems to be a bit higher on your guitar.
The best way to find out is to take the guitar to a local music store that does have a Les Paul case and actually see if it fits. If not, then the store may be able to special order a case for it. Try contacting the company to see if they make a case or see what they recommend.
If you are not going to play it than you should sell it now. The chances of it surviving 20 years in your garage are not good. Why not get yourself lessons? It seems like a big waste of money to not even try to learn the instrument. Guitar can be very fun! It is a bit daunting at first but lessons can help with that.
